What is the best printer to buy for under £70?

I am looking to buy my dad a new printer for Christmas, I am looking for a printer that deals in printing coursework out and letters etc. but must be able to use both black and coloured ink and work at a high rate of efficiency.

Canon are good printers. This one in the link I supply below is half price reduced from £100 to £50. If you scroll down you will find customer reviews of it.
