Why won’t my HP Deskjet 6980 printer turn on when it is connected to a main power supply?
I plug my HP Deskjet 6980 printer into the main power supply, then press the power button but it doesn’t turn on. What do I do?
Make sure it is properly connected to the printer
You may want to try in a different outlet or, just unplug it for about 10 minutes to see if it will reset
