Why tattoos?
I’m sorry I just really don’t get it. For the life of me I do not understand why someone would want to get inked!
How about some real answers as to WHY you felt the need to do this. I’m not considering it at all but I’m just trying to get a little understanding into it. I’m not condemning it either.
People that I’ve asked have either given me some really vague answers and others claim that they were drunk when they did it (some of those tended to have regrets). When I was growing up it was usually associated with people in jail or maybe military non-coms.
Is it about a need to stand out in a crowd? To rebel? To express some particular feeling? To be part of a group identity? To look tough? To feel tough? Think its sexy? No history lessons either on South Pacific tribes or the Yakuza in Japan.
How about some real insight. Thanks in advance for those that answer seriously with some real thoughts!
