I cannot get my computer to recognise a printer driver from a plug & play Canon. I had the same prob with a HP?
I have an HP printer which lost it’s driver? I downloaded a driver, still no go! I thought it was a problem with the printer, so I bought a Canon MP492 and started the plug & play. Got to the place where the HP stopped and the disc said cannot connect to printer and stopped. The only thing I can see is that I have a printer in my list which I cannot delete? HELP!
first install its driver or software on its cd then pung it in bro
and also try to change ur usb port as well
