I use Proactiv everyday Clens, acne disappeared, but the texture of my skin is still raw, I can use toner too?

I acne problems, 17 is everything. I can use Proactiv solution Clens face every day, and it works wonderfully for me. However, the texture of my fur is disgusting. It is rough in places (Zone T). I want a smooth skin. So should I start using toner? I know how and when to use it all, I just want namely: Does Proactiv toner to help even the texture of the skin?
